2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full name, contact numbers, email address, PAN number, and banking details.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate rejection of your application, legal action, or reporting to relevant financial regulatory authorities.

3. Verification & Identity Checks

By submitting your application, you grant us permission to:

• Verify your submitted details (such as PAN number and bank account details) against public or third-party databases to prevent duplicate submissions and fraud.
• Utilize security services like Cloudflare Turnstile to verify automated bot protection tokens.
• Store your submitted passport photograph and application details securely in our database systems.

4. Loan Amount & Approval Terms

The proposed loan amount requested in your application (subject to minimum limits of ₹1,000 and maximum limits of ₹15,00,000) is non-binding. We reserve the absolute right to evaluate your profile and offer a modified loan amount or decline the application altogether based on internal risk evaluation criteria.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our portal and its administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Technical delays, service interruptions, or system downtime affecting application submission.
• Rejection or delay in loan processing.
• Unauthorized access resulting from compromised user devices or networks.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which our portal operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
